Creativetechnologist

and senior graphic designer.
I build tools that take repetitive work off the team's plate.

Ten years in graphic design taught me that what drives me is the creative process, not repetition. So I turn the dull, repetitive stages into plugins, scripts and AI automations: the designer designs, and the versions, formats and languages make themselves.

5 platformsevery colour and language from one file

A Photoshop plugin that builds marketplace product graphics on its own

Every new product means hundreds of graphics: Amazon A+, Allegro, B2B, the website, YouTube thumbnails, each in several colours and a dozen languages. I wrote a plugin that takes one file with product data and translations and returns ready PSD files and JPG exports for every platform, colour and language. The designer only fixes what really needs a hand. The whole team uses it.

81 videos3 formats × 3 messages × 9 languages

An automation that turns static graphics into on-brand ad animations

A remarketing campaign needed a video version of every static graphic: in three formats, with three messages, in nine languages. Instead of editing 81 videos by hand, I built a pipeline: a script takes the PSD files, the copy from a sheet and the logo, assembles After Effects compositions from them and renders everything with one command. A copy fix is a re-run, not a trip back into editing.

Grid of animation frames in three formats

36 videos18 languages × 2 formats, from one source

A language-version generator for an instruction video with an AI voice-over

The assembly instruction for a Kinderkraft product had to reach customers in 18 languages, in landscape and portrait. I built a script that assembles each version from one source video and a text table: the title card, arrows and step counter, an ElevenLabs voice-over, music and effects. The result: 36 finished videos without a single manual editing session.

321 pagesa catalogue generated from data, in every language

A product catalogue that lays itself out from a spreadsheet and photos

The catalogue in six languages was made by hand in InDesign, and every price or variant change meant fixes in every version. I moved the layout to an HTML/CSS generator fed by a spreadsheet and a photo repository: a data change lands in every version at once, the PDF is generated with one click from a browser dashboard, and a separate skill checks translations and variants before the data goes in.

Product catalogue spread

3–5 minutesof human work per clip

An After Effects panel that shortens and edits product clips with AI

Every lifestyle clip had to be cut from 20–50 down to 15–30 seconds, get the product name, logo and claim, and be exported in several formats. I made an After Effects panel: a video-understanding model proposes the best shots, the designer approves them in a few minutes, and ffmpeg renders in the background. Editing one clip went from hours to a few minutes of decisions.

Email → taskno manual retyping

An automation that turns request emails into tasks for the team

Requests to the design team arrived by email in any form and someone had to retype them onto the task board by hand. I built an n8n flow: the email goes to Claude, which checks whether the brief is complete, creates a task with a checklist on the team board and, when something is missing, sends a question back to the requester. Plus rules that keep task statuses in order.

Every morninga separate report for each person

An assistant that tells everyone on the team each morning what needs action today

Every designer started the day by browsing the task board, and deadlines and comments slipped through anyway. I built an automation that collects changes from the board, Teams and the calendar every morning, asks Claude to pick only what needs a reaction, and sends each person a short report. The personal version runs for me as a skill.

1 filea tool for the quality control department

A warranty label generator that runs without installation

The quality control department made warranty labels for every product model by hand. I wrote a tool in a single HTML file: paste the list of models from Excel and get a ready JPG and PDF for each. It works offline, without installation and without questions for the designer.

About me

Ten years in graphic design. For the past few years I have also been building tools that let the team click less and create more.

I work for Kinderkraft, a children's products brand from Poznań, Poland: product graphics for marketplaces, e-commerce campaigns, video and animation, the product catalogue, print. At some point I counted how many hours a week the team was losing on repetitive exports and language versions, and started automating it: first with scripts, then plugins, today with AI agents. I roll these tools out in the team and report the results to the board.

Three things worth knowing about me: I have a broad toolkit, from packshots and retouching to pipelines in Python. I am committed, communicative and positive about people. I learn fast and gladly take on tasks beyond the job description.
