Problem
Every designer started the day by browsing the task board, and deadlines, comments and Teams requests slipped through anyway. Clicking through every task one by one cost time and still gave no certainty that nothing was lost.
What I built
n8n collects changes from the board, Teams and the calendar, Claude judges what needs action (deadlines, missing data, unanswered comments, tasks without an owner), assembles an HTML report for each person and sends it to Teams. From the report you can tick tasks and, with one click, have Claude fix them on the board. Everyone configures the report for themselves. The personal version runs for me as a skill with a day plan.
Result
Four people, every day, for a month and a half. Team sprints run more smoothly, and everyone tracks their own work without clicking through the board. Along the way the board got tidied up and recurring problems surfaced. Direction: the whole department, then the company.
How it works
The report does not repeat the board. It shows the decisions to make today and lets you order them right away.
Screenshots
Real reports contain company data, so these are mock-ups: the layout, logic and tone are as in the working tool, while the people, tasks and dates are invented.
